On December 5, 2016, the respondent revoked the eligibility to participate in competitive tendering process open only to small and medium enterprises (six months) and restrictions on the acquisition of eligibility to participate in competitive tendering process (six months) made on December 8, 2016 by the respondent shall suspend its effect until the judgment of this Court is rendered.

Reasons

According to the supporting materials of the applicant's submission, it is recognized that the execution of the above disposition requires urgent measures to prevent irrecoverable damage to the applicant, and there is no other data to recognize that the suspension of execution is likely to have a significant impact on the public welfare.
