1. The plaintiffs' appeals against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance citing the instant case is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where the “3 evidence” of No. 48 is deemed as “4 evidence,” and thus, it is also acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. The judgment of the court of first instance is just, and all appeals against the Defendants are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all.
