A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. Sale and purchase of a Metephopopon (one-name "philopon"; hereinafter referred to as "philopon");
A. On February 16, 2020, at around 17:15, 2020, the Defendant parked Crac vehicles operated by the Defendant in the Busan Young-gu Btel parking lot, and received approximately KRW 100,000 in cash from D in the said vehicle and 100,000 in philophones non-copon volume ( approximately 2-time medication).
B. On March 10, 2020, around 17:54, the Defendant received KRW 150,000 in cash from D at the place indicated in the first paragraph (a) and 150,000 in philophones (three-time medications).
Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones respectively.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. At around 18:10 on February 16, 2020, the Defendant: (a) purchased at the EMel in Gyeyang-si, as described in paragraph (1) of Article 1, and administered philophones by inserting them into a single-use injection machine; and (b) dilution them with water for injection.
B. On March 10, 2020, the Defendant: (a) purchased at the Fel G heading room in Busan-gun, Busan-gun, as described in paragraph 1(b), and administered phiphones by means of inserting the phiphones in a single-use injection machine; and (b) dilution them with water and injection them into their arms.
C. At around 22:00 on March 20, 2020, the Defendant: (a) purchased and administered philophones in Busan-gun apartment, Busan-gun, which is the Defendant’s residence, as described in paragraph (b) No. 1-B; (b) in a single-use injection machine; and (c) injected philophones by dilution them with water.
