1. The defendant shall pay 20,250,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from November 13, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
1. Indication of claim;
A. On March 3, 2014, the Plaintiff, a licensed real estate agent, mediated the Defendant’s lease agreement as follows.
- From 1 April 1, 2014 to 5 years from 20,000, monthly rent of KRW 20,500,000, and the period of 20,500,000, and 5 years from 20,000,000,000, on three parcels (factory, warehouse, office, etc.), other than 3,000,000;
B. At the time, the Defendant, after moving in April 1, 2014, entered the Plaintiff in accordance with the method of calculating brokerage commission fee of KRW 20,500,000,00 in accordance with the Licensed Real Estate Agents Act, the Enforcement Rule, etc., and stated the method of calculating the brokerage commission [the security deposit of KRW 200,000,000 (rent 100,000)] x0.09 = 20,500,000] in the description of the object of brokerage.
Despite the agreement to pay it, it does not pay it even after the lapse of several months.
