1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed to the Plaintiff KRW 67,750,353 as well as to the Plaintiff from September 1, 2015 to Defendant B.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant', and ‘Defendant' as ‘Defendant'.
