[criminal record] On January 14, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000 to larceny for one year and six months as a result of a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Gwangju District Court, on August 10, 207, by the same court on August 10, 2007, for four months as imprisonment for larceny; and one year and six months as a result of a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the same court on January 23, 2008. < Amended by Act No. 11873, Dec. 18, 2013>

In addition, on November 11, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny, etc. in the same court. On November 13, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju prison.

[Criminal facts] The defendant habitually stolen another's property as follows.

1. On July 21, 2017, around 21:05, “DPC room” located in Gwangju-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju-gu, in order for the victim E to put a wall containing 1.40,000 won in cash on the front body of the computer seat No. 71 seated by the said victim E on the top of the computer seat No. 71, the victim’s possession of the above victim, and taking advantage of the gap in which surveillance in the vicinity of the non-friendly party is neglected, 140,000 won in cash on the wall thereafter;
