1. The defendant shall pay 30 million won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from February 27, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
On November 8, 2010, the Defendant borrowed KRW 30 million from the Plaintiff on November 8, 2010, without dispute between the Plaintiff and the Defendant.
Although the defendant talks that it is difficult for him to repay due to various circumstances, the defendant's assertion is difficult to accept unless the defendant is granted a decision to grant individual rehabilitation or a decision to grant immunity on individual bankruptcy.
Therefore, the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 30 million won with 15% interest per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from February 27, 2017 to the day of complete payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.
