If a fine is not paid, 50,000 won shall be converted into one day.
Punishment of the crime
On March 14, 2013, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.096%, the Defendant driven a vehicle B at a section of approximately 500 meters from the mar in front of the camping tower located in the Ginam-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si to the mar in front of the Ginam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si.
