1. The Defendants shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,374,059, respectively, and KRW 1,216,66, respectively, from March 3, 2015.
Reasons
According to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, Eul evidence Nos. 1 and 2, it is recognized that defendant A received a qualified acceptance trial on inheritance of property from the deceased D (Ya District Court 2015Modan108).
Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to pay the Plaintiff the principal and interest indicated in the text corresponding to their shares of inheritance as the heir of the network D (only within the scope of property inherited from D). The Plaintiff’s claim is justified.
