1. The Defendant’s KRW 13,484,307 as well as 5% per annum from October 16, 2014 to September 24, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a management entity under the Act on the Ownership and Management of Condominium Buildings in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building (hereinafter “instant commercial building”), which is a management entity under the Act on the Ownership and Management of Condominium Buildings, and is an organization established for the management of the said commercial building and its appurtenant facilities by all sectional owners of the instant commercial building. The A management management committee (hereinafter “the instant management management committee”) established under Article 3 subparag. 8 of the A management rules and Article 5 of the A management regulations, which decided on the management of the building, including the maintenance and repair of facilities, on behalf of the entire sectional owners of the instant commercial building, to take charge of the management of the building and the imposition and collection of management expenses, special repair reserve, fire insurance

B. From July 4, 2001, the defendant divided the warehouse No. 267 (hereinafter “instant warehouse”) among the instant commercial buildings from July 4, 2001.

C. On March 5, 2012, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with the 3.50,000 won per month with respect to the instant warehouse, and on March 6, 2012, the said warehouse was occupied and used for the purpose of storing electronic parts, such as Connden, after delivery of the said warehouse from the Defendant on March 6, 2012.

The Management and Operation Committee of this case requested a comprehensive precise inspection of fire-fighting systems on the building of this case to the disaster prevention company (hereinafter referred to as the "disaster prevention"), and the prevention of the new accident was conducted from June 18, 2012, the comprehensive precise inspection on the fire-fighting systems of the building of this case. On June 20, 2012, the prevention of the new accident was conducted on or around June 14:30, 2012, while the radon valve was inspected in the 1st floor preparation and operation valve (P/V room) room (P/V room of the building of this case where the warehouse of this case is located, it is not closed because the second pipe radon valves was worn.
