1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 39,042,40, and the Plaintiff’s KRW 6% per annum from March 1, 2019 to April 17, 2019; and (b) April 18, 2019.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which partially dismissed, is amended on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, recognizes only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment, and the exceeding portion is dismissed.
