1. The defendant shall pay 3 million won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from April 25, 2005 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On June 15, 2005, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for a loan claim under the 2004Kapo-Ga14206, Gwangju District Court Decision 2004Gapo-Ga14206, and was sentenced by the above court on June 15, 2005. The above decision became final and conclusive on July 16, 2005, and the Plaintiff again filed the instant lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription against the above judgment.
