A. From May 30, 1973 to the date of the commencement of the instant expropriation, the Plaintiff was divided into 19, 18, 23, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 34, 28, 28, 4, 84, 31, 32, 33, 33, and 19 square meters of land in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu (hereinafter referred to as “instant land”) owned by the National University of National Foundation Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “school foundation”) from May 30, 197 to the date of the instant expropriation, and is divided into 19, 18, 23, 232, 24, 26, 27, 34, 84, 31, 32, 333, and 97.7 square meters of land before the date of the instant expropriation into 30,000 square meters of forest and forest and forest.

In this case, the drawing of the instant land itself was not submitted, and it was peaceful and openly occupied by the intention to own the instant land.

B. The Defendant obtained authorization for a project implementation plan on August 17, 2010 from the head of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, as the project implementer of an urban planning facility project (Dpark creation: E district; hereinafter “instant project”) whose project area covers 68,395.6 square meters, and obtained final authorization for a six-yearly change on January 2, 2014, after five times.

C. After that, the Defendant did not submit any data to identify the details of the appraisal by multiple appraisal corporations upon the Defendant’s request with respect to the instant land located within the pertinent business area.

Pursuant to the foregoing, the compensation unit price was determined as KRW 296,666 per square meter (hereinafter “consultation compensation unit”) and the compensation was agreed, but no agreement was reached. As such, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Regional Land Tribunal filed an application for adjudication on expropriation of the instant land with respect to the land.

Local Land Tribunal of Seoul Metropolitan Government shall be comprised of virtualization and temperature appraisal corporations or less at the above request.
