1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum from December 10, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: The Plaintiff did not separately set the interest rate of KRW 25,00,00 on December 10, 2014, interest rate of KRW 24% per annum, and the maturity for payment was not determined, and the Plaintiff agreed to pay the principal immediately without paying the agreed interest, but the Defendant requested the Defendant to pay the interest and the principal on several occasions without paying all the agreed interest, but did not comply with this, and thus, the Plaintiff filed the lawsuit.
