Seized articles 1 through 10, 12, and 13 shall be confiscated.

1. On January 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased 400,000 won to C in the vicinity of the red-in zone in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul; and (b) purchase two of KT core chips.

However, two core chips were stolen by deceiving C by opening a mobile phone through opening a mobile phone, and the suspect was aware of the fact that the above core chips were stolen by deceiving C.

In addition, from around that time to January 19, 2015, the Defendant purchased eight core chips, which are stolen goods, from C, as shown in Table 1 of Crime List.

The Defendant purchased a core chip professionally through the Internet Blops advertising, etc., and pretended to pay the actual price by a core chip using the core chip without an intention to pay the price, thereby purchasing an Internet game item and raising an mind to be commercialized as a means of selling it.

On November 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered a mobile phone loan from the victims in a nearby place in the Bupyeong-gu, Busan, the end of November, 2014; and (b) purchased at KRW 6,50,000, one of the SK Hem chips and two of the KT Hem chips opened in the name of E, a specialized business operator selling stolen chips.

The Defendant immediately prepared to put the core chips in the smartphone machine in advance, and pretended to make a normal change in mind by E, the nominal owner, and repeated the purchase of the game items by accessing the game site with the relevant smartphone to conduct the settlement after choosing the purchase of the game items, and purchased an item equivalent to KRW 1,250,00,000 for the monthly information service fee of each telecommunications company (SK 1.50,000 won, 550,000 won).

In addition, from around that time to January 19, 2015, the Defendant entered an illegal order through a smartphone, which is an information processing unit, such as a computer, such as a crime list 2.
