1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On October 5, 2014, the Plaintiff leased real estate indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant as security deposit of KRW 12 million, KRW 1320,000 per month, and KRW 1220,000 per month, and the lease term of 12 months. Since the Defendant has been in arrears for at least two months from October 5, 2014, the Plaintiff seeks to terminate the said lease contract and to pay for unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent or rent from October 5, 2014 to the completion date of delivery.
