1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) Of the second floor of the buildings listed in the annex list, the Annex A, 2, 3, 4, and 1.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice);
3. The Plaintiff seeking payment of KRW 23,455,535 in arrears and public charges for the period from November 2018 to July 2019. However, in addition to the rent of KRW 1,727,00 per month, the remainder of public charges, other than the rent of KRW 1,226,379, supra, are not admitted as lack of evidence. From December 2018 to July 2019, the portion of the public charges is KRW 1,727,00 x 8 months = 15,042,379.
