The parties 1) The defendant is a clan whose members are members of CC C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C D D D D D D D D D D and the plaintiff is the members of the defendant clan. 2) The defendant owns a clan with the part of item (a) on the ship connected each point, including the part of item (a) on the ship connected each point, and the part of 670m2 (hereinafter referred to as the "land of this case") among the size of 939m2 in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon.

B. On April 16, 2007, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to purchase KRW 257,556,000 for the instant land located within the land transaction permission zone (hereinafter “instant sale”).

The main contents of the above sales contract are as follows. The down payment of KRW 30,00,000 shall be paid at the time of the contract and the balance of the down payment of KRW 227,556,000 shall be paid in July 16, 2007. The seller under Article 2 (Transfer, etc. of Ownership) shall deliver all documents necessary for the registration of transfer of ownership to the buyer at the time of receipt of the balance of the purchase price and shall cooperate with the buyer in the registration procedure, and the date of delivery of the said real estate shall be the date of every year.

In addition, the parties to the contract may claim damages from the other party due to the cancellation of contract respectively, and the contract deposit shall be considered as compensation for damages, unless otherwise agreed.

Matters of special agreement

1. The purchaser is responsible and divided for the transfer of ownership, but the cost of division shall be borne by the purchaser.

2. The seller shall cooperate so that the buyer can divide.

2. The Plaintiff paid the Defendant KRW 30,00,000,000 on April 16, 2007, which was the date of concluding the contract pursuant to the above sales contract, and KRW 227,556,00 on March 6, 2008.
