1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 500,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from December 12, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment on a confession made against Defendant Franchise Co., Ltd. (Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 (3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Judgment by public notice on claims against Defendant A and B (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
