2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bran XG car in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving).

On July 8, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license of the said car, and led the front of the sublease road located in the new harbor in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju to the direction of the new harbor from the sub-lease.

At the time, a crosswalk was installed at night and there was no signal signal lights at the front door, so there was a duty of care to check whether a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle is a person driving the motor vehicle and to safely drive the crosswalk by checking well the front door.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the victim to go beyond the victim due to the shock of the bicycle driven by the victim C (the age of 21) who dried the above crosswalk by negligence.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the victim’s negligence on the part of the left-hand side in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

After causing the above accident, the Defendant: (a) was investigated by the traffic accident investigation department in Gwangju Northern Police Station on the same day; (b) took DNA driving in which he was aware prior to hiding the fact that the Defendant was sentenced to fines, and (c) voluntarily signed the statement on the traffic accident situation in which DNA’s personal information was recorded; and (d) submitted it to E during the process of the traffic accident investigation department.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a certificate, the Defendant forged and exercised a statement of traffic accident occurrence situation in the name of D, a private document concerning the certificate of fact.
