A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.
Punishment of the crime
On March 10, 2019, the Defendant driven a B-learning car on March 16:21, 2019, and led to the intersection of the distance in front of the C-L hotel at the Jeju to the west of the S-Logle from the D to the west of the S-Logle.
Since there is a signal apparatus installed, in such a case, there was a duty of care to enter the intersection according to the signals such as cross-section signal to a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle.
