1. The defendant shall pay the following money to the plaintiff:

(a) KRW 200,000,000; and

B. Of the above money, 11 million won, 000.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (by service by public notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case of Article 208(3)3 of the same Act
