The judgment below

In light of the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below is just in finding the Defendants guilty of fraud of KRW 200,000,000 among the facts charged in this case on December 23, 2008, on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors of misapprehending the legal principles on fraud or misunderstanding of facts beyond the bounds of the principle of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
