A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime
From November 9, 2013, the Defendant is serving as a social work personnel at C Welfare Center, and a person who is serving as a social work personnel, without justifiable grounds, shall not desert from his service for at least eight days in total, without justifiable grounds. The same year from June 20, 2014 without justifiable grounds.
8. Until June, 198, he left service without permission for a total of 35 days.
