Even if examining the reasoning of the lower judgment that found the Defendant guilty of the modified charges of this case based on evidence, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on intentional act in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the grounds for the exclusion of credit injury and illegality, etc., without failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations as alleged

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
