A. B and C were non-registered directors of each mutual savings bank A (hereinafter “ Savings Bank”) from March 2, 2010 to September 17, 201, and D were in charge of credit review or credit business, etc. < Amended by Act No. 1013, Mar. 2, 2010 to September 17, 2011.

B. The Savings Bank concluded an identity insurance contract with the Defendant as the insured (hereinafter “each of the instant insurance contracts”) with each of the following terms, and each of the instant insurance contracts is an insurance covered by the Additional Risk Clause (1) (hereinafter “Special Terms and Conditions”).

F. F. G. of KRW 50,000 from November 1, 2007 to October 31, 2008, KRW 50,000 from November 1, 2007 to October 31, 2008 to October 31, 2007, KRW 50,000 from October 31, 2008 to KRW 40,000 from June 19, 2006 to June 18, 2007.

C. Article 1 (Compensation for Damages) of the General Terms and Conditions applicable to each of the instant insurance contracts provides that the Defendant is liable for direct property damage (including damage sustained by the insured due to his legal liability for damages on the said grounds) suffered by the insured by committing larceny, robbery, fraud, embezzlement, or breach of trust during the insurance period or by taking advantage of his/her position in the course of performing his/her duties.

In addition, Article 1 (Compensation) of the Special Terms and Conditions shall also apply to direct damage to the property (including damage suffered by the insured by bearing legal liability for damages due to the above reasons) suffered by the insured as a serious negligence or a good manager in the course of performing his/her business on behalf of the insured in addition to compensating for the damage under the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions: Provided, That this shall apply to ① a court ruling, ② a ruling by the Board of Audit and Inspection, ③ a compensation order by the head of the agency concerned, etc.
