1. Embezzlements of deserted articles in possession;

A. On September 2016, the Defendant acquired the victim C’s resident registration certificate located far from the street in the Southern-gu, Busan-do, Busan-do, and embezzled the lost possession without following necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim.

B. The Defendant, around November 2016, found 1 copy of a transportation card (credit card No. D) on the victim’s name that was far away from the right apartment located in Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and embezzled the lost possession without following necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim.

2. At night, on November 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered and intruded through toilets windows at the victim F’s residence located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu and 201 on November 12, 2016; and (b) intruded into the victim F’s house; (c) one male half-half of 18K in an amount equivalent to KRW 290,000 in the market price; (d) one half of 18K in an amount equivalent to KRW 330,00 in the market price; and (e) one half of 18K in an amount equivalent to KRW 130,00 in the market price; and (e) one of the half of 1.30,000 in the market price; and (e) intruded another’s residence with the total property at night from October 14, 2016 to November 2, 2016.

3. On November 13, 2016, at around 18:00, the Defendant invadedd a structure into the second floor boiler room of a multi-household building managed by the victim G located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan. At around 18:0, the Defendant: (a) opened four strings to fix the locks using a previously prepared divers; and (b) intruded the structure.

The defendant of "2016 Highest 8141" shall be the defendant on June 2016.
