On December 18, 2014, the Defendant, at around 21:45, driven a road of about 50 meters from the agricultural cooperatives located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu to the front of the half-gu distance in the same Dong, with a vehicle of about 50 meters without a driver’s license.
