The Defendant is a director of CF (hereinafter referred to as “CF”) who works as a proxy for the duties of executive directors of CFF from January 11, 2013, and D was a candidate for the election of executive directors of CFF implemented on June 28, 2013, and was disqualified.

C agricultural cooperatives established a plan to elect candidates recommended by the personnel recommendation committee composed of seven standing directors on June 17, 2013 after the resolution of the board of directors on June 28, 2013.

No person shall receive money, goods, entertainment or other economic benefits, accept an intention to provide such benefits, or demand or arrange the provision thereof, for the purpose of having himself/herself or a specific person elected or not elected as an executive of a local agricultural cooperative.

Around June 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around June 19, 2013, at the office of the CF director of the NA located in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, and (b) demanded D to offer money in a correct manner; and (c) to D to take two remaining marks, each of which shall be 2.5 million won by deeming that two outside persons designated by the president of the cooperative and the president of the cooperative are sealed; and (d) to pass through the personnel recommendation committee and the board of directors at a level of five million won; and (e) around 10:00 of the same month, D to pass through the personnel recommendation committee and the board of directors at the same place as at the same time and at the same time, at KRW 10 million.

Accordingly, the defendant demanded the provision of money to local executive candidates for the purpose of getting a specific person elected as executive officers of local agricultural cooperatives.
