Punishment of the crime
On March 24, 2013, at around 21:35, the Defendant driven a vehicle for passenger use with approximately 100 meters from the front day of the Ribong-dong, Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front day of the 125-30th day of the Guro-gu, Guro-gu, Seoul, with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.082%.
