A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. On April 2014, the Defendant, on the first half of April 2014, 201, administered 0.1g of psychotropic drugs by inserting approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection unit, and dilution them into the Defendant’s arms at the mutual unfolding telephone located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Seoul, on the first half of April 2014.
B. On May 2014, the Defendant offered C with approximately 0.05g of philophones, which were 0.05g of philophones contained in the cross-concil 07:00 Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, with a view to providing C with approximately one-time 0.05g of philophones without compensation.
C. Around May 2014, the Defendant offered 0.05g philopon free of charge to the said C within the Defendant’s car parked on the road front of the Jeju-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Port, which was located in the Jeju-gu Port. D. Around May 2014.
On June 21, 2014, on June 21, 2014, the Defendant purchased 100,000,000 won from D on the road near the main elementary school located in the Seogdong in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and purchased 5.3 grams from D.
E. On June 23, 2014, around 13:00 on June 23, 2014, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.1g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E, 0.1g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine, and dilution them into the Defendant’s arms.
F. On June 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 11:42, on June 24, 2014, kept approximately 4.72 gramopon in plastic bags, paper papers, and disposable folders, etc.; (b) held approximately 5.2 gramopon in total in a way that keeps approximately 0.48 gramopon in the Defendant’s vehicle located in the said telephone parking lot by inserting approximately 1:42 gramopon in plastic bags, paper paper, and disposable folds.
