1. On November 17, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and three months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on one-year imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 25, 201, and the execution of the said punishment was completed on December 18, 201 at Seongdong-gu District Court.
5. On January 10, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court and two months of imprisonment with prison labor, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 27, 2013.
