Purport of claim and appeal
The first instance court.
1. The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is as follows, and it is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance (the part related to the plaintiff) in addition to revising some of the judgment of the first instance as follows. Thus, it is citing it as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
In Chapter 2, the “as of November 7, 2009” shall be deleted from first to fourth. The following shall be added to the “as of November 17, 2009” in Chapter 3.
No. 3, 8, the "receiving support" was received on March 30, 2010.
On the 3th page 13 and 14, the "the decision to commence a new auction" is considered as the "the decision to commence a new auction".
Part 3 said, the phrase “ May 13, 2013” in Part 14 as “ May 13, 2015.”
No. 5-Class 5’s act of warning on November 7, 2009 to “ November 17, 2009”.
2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be dismissed as it is without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
