Punishment of the crime
On August 14, 2014, at around 13:10 on August 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) retired from all clothes stored on the ground of drinking alcohol at the events near the area to be discharged from active service in Busan-gu, Busan-do, 181, without any special reason; and (b) carried about about about 10 minutes of the clothes, and (c) carried out publicly obscene acts by avoiding disturbance to many unspecified persons.
