Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.
Punishment of the crime
On May 22, 2018, around 08:30, the Defendant driven C Dae ES50 bicycle without obtaining a motor device driver's license from around five kilometers from the front of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul to the front of the 216 North Korean mountain road.
