A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Criminal facts
On November 21, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won as an injury in the official support of the Daejeon District Court on November 21, 2014, and was in the same force six times.

B. On April 15, 2015, the Defendant made a phone call to the victim D at the Defendant’s residence located in Daejeon, Daejeon, and took advantage of the victim’s wife and the restaurant run by the victim’s son, who did not respond to the Defendant’s request, and took 2,00,000,000 won from the victim’s fright to the agricultural bank account in the name of the Defendant around the 15th of the same month.
2.
