On February 5, 2015, the Defendant reported an outdoor assembly with the content that “A”, “A”, “the date and time of the assembly: from February 11, 2015 to March 7, 2015”, “the place of the assembly: the place of the assembly: the place of the assembly: the delivery of 70 meters prior to the settlement of the C church (the drawings attached to the report)”, and “the purpose of the assembly: the purpose of the assembly: the payment of the contribution to the members of the C churchD rules and the demand for withdrawal from the assembly,” respectively.

The organizer of an assembly or demonstration shall not engage in any activity clearly deviating from the scope of the reported purpose, date, time, place, method, etc.

On February 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) from around 12:00 to from around 12:40 on February 22, 2015 to around 12:40, at the entrance of the second state vice head and the parking lot of the C church located in Daejeon Jung-gu, the Defendant exceeded 70 meters of the delivery front of the C church et al. at the reported place, while holding an assembly, and held the assembly at the entrance of the second state vice head and the parking lot of the C church.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an act clearly deviating from the scope of the reported place as the organizer of the assembly.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an act clearly deviating from the scope of the purpose, place, method, etc. reported as the organizer of the assembly.
