The judgment of this court is unfair in depth, but the defendant did not reach an agreement with the victim so far even though the degree of injury suffered by the victim is relatively heavy, and the defendant committed the crime in this case during the period of repeated crime, and other circumstances revealed in the arguments in this case, including the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, and circumstances before and after the crime, are comprehensively taken into account, it is difficult to view that the first instance court's sentence sentenced to the highest sentence of the defendant under the sentencing criteria (general injury area, aggravated injury area, 6-2 years of imprisonment) is too unreasonable, and therefore, the defendant's above argument disputing this point is not acceptable.
