On May 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) had no intention or ability to pay the food value in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and 1st floor C around May 21, 2018, by deceiving the victim as if he would normally pay the food value; and (b) obtained property benefits equivalent to KRW 15,000 by not paying the food value after receiving the 3 sick and sn beam coolings from the said victim.
