1. On April 26, 2011, Defendant A sent phone to G from Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and sold to many people who are not aware of the name after being supplied with 26 bags with a trademark of “MM” (registration number No. 0148830), a trademark of “MM” (MMM) that is a trademark right holder, which is a trademark of “MMM” (registration number No. 014830).

In addition, from around that time to February 15, 2012, the Defendant purchased 456 bags with the same shape as the above trademark from the new Dong-dong branch of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to sell 35,203,000 won and sold it to many persons whose names could not be known, and thereby infringing the trademark right of the above trademark owner.

2. Around October 30, 2010, Defendant B called “MM” (MMM) trademark (registration number No. 0148830), which is a trademark right holder’s registered trademark of “MMM” (MMM), and sold to many people whose names could not be known by phone calls from the H1st floor of Yongsan-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Yongsan-gu H1.

In addition, from around that time to November 16, 201, the Defendant purchased 525 bags with the same shape as the above trademark from the above G and sold 40,372,000 won to many persons whose names are unknown, as shown in attached Table 3 of the List of Crimes, from the time of the Defendant’s purchase of 40,372,00 won from the above G to November 16, 201. The Defendant infringed the trademark rights of the above trademark right holder.

3. Around December 23, 2011, Defendant C calls to G at a place where it is unknown, and sold 50 bags attached with the trademark “MM” (registration number No. 0148830), a trademark right holder’s registered trademark of “MMM” (MMM) to many persons whose names cannot be known.

In addition, the defendant is attached from around that time to February 15, 2012.
