Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On April 9, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a 400-meter high-speed car at the front of the Dong-dong apartment located in the same Ri, at the entrance of the small-scale Dogdong-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do on April 9, 2016.
