1. The Defendant: (a) conspired to operate the Internet gambling site by using programs similar to the sports soil in China with D, E, F, etc., and by holding them in succession; (b) the Defendant took charge of the operation of the gambling site; (c) supplied programs similar to the sports soil; and (d) managed the gambling site and server; and (e) and F shared their roles, such as taking charge of the duties of charging and exchanging cyber money.

Accordingly, around April 2010, the Defendant opened a gambling site (I) with four computers and seven servers in G apartment No. 1001, G apartment No. 4, 1001, which is located in the Cheongyang-gu, China's Cheongyang-gu, and opened a gambling site in Korea and overseas sports games, and installed programs similar to the sports earth.
