A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
No one shall engage in the business of exchanging or arranging the exchange or repurchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products.
From the end of November 2018 to March 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened 102 game places, such as the “D” game site of the Defendant’s operation of the Defendant of the C2nd floor located in the Si of Gunsan-si; and (b) visited the game site by allowing unspecified customers to use the game; and (c) deducted 10% commission from the score obtained by the said customers through the game; and (d) exchanged the said customers into KRW 9,000 in cash per 10,000.
As a result, the defendant was engaged in money exchange business of the result obtained through the use of game products.
