1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who drives a freight vehicle B 1.5 tons.

On October 30, 2017, around 08:20 on October 30, 2017, the Defendant parked the above cargo vehicle on the front road located in Busan Shipping Daegu C, and then loaded it on the vehicle.
