However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On November 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered a police box located in C in Sariju City, on November 22:35, 2015, and confirmed that there was no cab out of the police box; and (b) subsequently, the Defendant: (c) asked the Defendant of the reasons why she visited the police box; (d) stated that the Defendant “I am out of the police box, I am am sauted, I am sauted, I am sauted, I am sauted, I am sauted, I am sauted, I am sauted, and am sauted by the hand.”

Defendant D may be punished as “the revocation column of official order”

Provided, That the decision shall be made as per Disposition in consideration of the fact that the defendant makes a confession and reflects the crime.
