Defendant

A and Defendant B directly bring in drugs containing prescription drugs into the Republic of Korea from a foreign country and sell them to many, unspecified persons through the Internet blograph advertising, or supply drugs containing slographs to intermediate circulation books. Defendant C is a distributor who directly receives drugs containing slographs from Defendant A, etc. and sells them to many, unspecified persons through Internet blograph advertising.

1. No person, other than the founders of pharmacies violating the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, or pharmacists or herb pharmacists working for the relevant pharmacies, shall sell or acquire drugs for the purpose of sale;

A. From July 1, 2014 to August 24, 2017, Defendants A and B conspired and registered as the seller of “K” in the Internet J-based 101 Dong 705, Gangnam-gu, Seoul as the seller, and advertised for many unspecified persons. After receiving KRW 640,00 from the buyer of “L” to the national bank account in the name of M M to pay KRW 640,00,00 to the national bank account in the name of M, the Defendants sold Aba (Anavar), which is a medicine containing the savar, as well as from around the above day to August 24, 2017, the drugs were sold to many and unspecified persons in total of KRW 2,95 as in the list of crimes 1 second half, 2,995.

B. The Defendant, around January 26, 2015, registered as the seller of “O” on the Internet Blob (N) No. 101 and 705 of J apartment No. 101 and advertised the Defendant against many unspecified persons. The Defendant dialogueed with the buyer’s Kakao Stockholm (O) and sold 1,110,000 won to the company bank account in the name of P and then received deposit of KRW 1,110,000 from the post office office office office’s knex (Nvaex), etc. from around the above day to August 24, 2017, as shown in the [Attachment 2] list of crimes, and sold 889 times in total. < Amended by Act No. 6282,925,925, Jan. 25, 2000>
