A. The Korea Development Bank for New Leisure Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Dong Leisure Industry Co., Ltd.") promoted the golf course business of the Dong Leisure Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Dongdong Leisure Industry Co., Ltd.") was changed to the name of the 300 golf club (this case's golf club on Feb. 16, 1998, and its name changed to the 300 golf club on Apr. 14, 200, and the name of the 210 golf club on Apr. 16, 200; hereinafter referred to as the "Solbyari 21 golf club") and the same new golf club (this case's golf club) around Feb. 16, 198, the name of the 47-5 Special Self-Governing Province Co., Ltd., Ltd. was changed to the 95.

B. On January 1, 1998, the 1, 2, and 30 members recruitments (1) of the 1, 2, and 30 members recruitments of the 1, 2, and 30 members recruitments of the 1, 2, 1998 with respect to the 30 golf clubs of this case and the recruitment period from February 2, 1998 to February 28, 1998. The 30 members with respect to the 1, 2, 1998 golf clubs were reported to the competent authorities that 30 members are recruited, respectively. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 15613, Mar. 23, 1998>

(2) In the latter case, 50 persons (in the case of the instant golf club, 30 persons, 20 persons, 150 million won per capita), 40 persons for the golf club (in the case of an individual, 130 million won per capita) with respect to the instant golf club, and 40 persons for the golf club with respect to the recruitment period (in the case of the instant golf club on April 10, 1998 to June 9, 198, the second membership recruitment report was accepted on April 1, 1998, and on April 10, 1998, the said report was accepted. With respect to the instant golf club on April 10, 1998, the membership fee per capita shall be KRW 137 million, and in the case of the golf club, per capita per capita.
