2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

Some of the rejection parts claim 20% per annum for the period after October 1, 2015, but the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015 and enforced October 1, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the same Act, as the interest rate after October 1, 2015 is 15% per annum, this part is subject to the application of 18% per annum, which is the agreed interest rate, and the exceeding part is dismissed.
