1. The Defendant’s compulsory execution against the Plaintiff is based on the Seoul Central District Court’s decision on the amount of litigation cost fixed.

Reasons

According to the purport of the evidence Nos. 1 and 2 as well as the entire arguments, in the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2016Kao 54687, the decision that “the plaintiff confirmed that the amount of litigation costs to be repaid to the defendant is KRW 8,327,312,” which became final and conclusive on March 18, 2017, and the fact that the plaintiff deposited KRW 8,327,3412 with the Seoul Central District Court Decision 1077, Jun. 23, 2017, which became final and conclusive on June 23, 2017. Therefore, compulsory execution based on the above decision should be denied.
