1. Crimes against victims C;

A. The relationship between the Defendant and the victim and the victim C are the owners of the D orchard 1,898 square meters, the E-Gun in Chungcheongnam-gun in Chungcheongnam-gun in Chungcheongnam-do, and the 1,706 square meters in size prior to the date of the crime (hereinafter “instant land”). G is the wife of the victim, and the Defendant is the dunes of G.

On December 31, 201, the Defendant, with the help of G and G’s relatives, agreed on a criminal agreement in the Cheongju District Court’s fraud case, which became final and conclusive on December 31, 201, and was released from the Cheongju Prison on bail on December 6, 201.

The Defendant, at the time between December 6, 2011 and February 1, 2012, the victim’s house located in the Dah-gun I, the victim, and G, to the effect that “I would want to be able to enjoy benefits from criminal agreement.” The Defendant: (a) exchanged the instant land owned by the victim with 139 square meters and its ground buildings owned by J (the title of ownership is K, the wife of J) and 153 square meters (hereinafter “J-owned land and buildings”) prior to the Hah-gun, Chungcheongbuk-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do M, N, and the O in the Dah-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheong-gun, and the purchase price on condition that I would purchase the land and buildings owned by J with the right to dispose of the instant land. At that time, G and the victim knew that the Defendant had been engaged in real estate brokerage business, and at that time delegated the Defendant with the right to dispose of the instant land.

B. On February 1, 2012, the Defendant sold to P the amount of KRW 1854 square meters in return for KRW 23 million in return for selling KRW 23 million from February 1, 2012 to March 8, 2012.
